Content Creator: How to Request a Payment
1. Go to ‘New Payout’
2. Fill the mandatory fields
a. Payout Information
- Description: Describe the payment request and the concept of the collaboration.
- Amount: Enter the amount agreed upon with your client.
- Currency: Select the currency you want to receive your payment in.
- To view the complete list, click the ‘x’ at the end of the field.
b. Client Information
- Name and email address of your client or the person who contacted you.
- If your client is already registered on our platform, you may find their name or company in the dropdown.
- Selecting it will auto-fill the rest of the information.
📌 Any additional details, such as payment method, invoice, or other client information, are encouraged but not mandatory.
⚠️ Payment method options may vary depending on your profile verification status.
3. Click ‘Create Draft’ (bottom right corner).
4. Review your draft in the ‘Payout Details’ page
- Carefully check all information to ensure accuracy.
- Here you can:
- Edit the draft
- Delete it
- Request your payout
⚠️ Note: Once you request your payout, you will not be able to modify it.
5. Click ‘Request Payment’ to finalize the request.
We will notify you of any updates or status changes regarding your payment request.
